TOMPS Viscolo Addition Cure Range RTV Silicone Rubber is a superlative product outlasting all Condensation Cure Silicones and many (if not all!) Addition Cure Rubbers. Although this rubber appears un-branded, it is in fact manufactured by one of the world's leading RTV Formulators and Maufacturers. This Silicone resists PU Fast Cast like no other!

This RTV has fantastic elongation to break and tear resistance, and tests indicate up to 3 times more pulls than a Condensation Cure Rubber using Polyurethane Fast Cast and NO mould release systems! Its incredibly low viscosity allows efficient home production of moulds with minimal air entrapment, even without a degassing unit.

Viscolo 22 is the easiest system to use since it has a colour tag system to ensure full and even mixing. We also have a softer version Viscolo 13 which is transparent, so thorough mixing is required. Both being Specific Gravity Balanced, you may add these volumetrically or by weight. An accuracy of +/- 5% must be achieved, which is higher than most Addition RTV's error %, however outside this range cure cannot be guaranteed.
