Need to reduce viscosity of a gelcoat to assist with spray application? Want to reduce resin viscosity for air release improvements? How about the need to make a standard Gelcoat compatible for topcoating (making a flowcoat)? Or do you simply want to colour your resin or gelcoat prior to use? Then you are in the right section.

Our standard pigment range all cost the same, however we are able, via our pigment manufacturers, able to match to RAL, BS and in some cases Pantone shades. The standard range is limited to Black, Light Grey, Dark Grey, Standard White, Off White, Gentian Blue and British Racing Green. We have access to over 1000 shades, however there is a lead time for manufacture of approximately two weeks.

Pergadry by Pergan GMbH is our standard wax additive for adding to standard gelcoats to make them into Topcoats or Flowcoats for "out of tool" use in flat roofing, pond construction or Hull Repair. Never use a wax in a resin and NEVER use a wax in a gelcoat which is to be laminated on, your laminate will seperate since the wax will act as a release instead of a barrier to prevent tackiness.

Styrene is not widely used by our customers. Generally we match a specialist resin or gelcoat to application, however this is available to order on a two week lead time (sometimes this can be faster, it depends on your order time and day of the week)
