AP10 60 Polyurethane Elastomer. With a shore A hardness of around 60, this elastomer is very useful. It can be cast in sections to produce midly flexible items and has been successfully used to replicate harder rubbers often found in bushes and mounts for automotive. Got a bush you can't buy? Simple. Grab some RTV silicone and this product and make your own! Also a tough moulding compound which will cope easily with plasters, for resins and other elastomers you will need a release agent. Well suited to cementious mixes and concrete stamping tampo pads.
LOW Linear Shinkage, excellent tear strength and wear resistance. Pot Life 30-60 mins, Demould Time 12-16 hours, Full Cure 48-72 hours, Hardness at full cure Shore A 55-65. Measurements and timings assumes a 100g mix at 25 celsius.
