Cilchem (Chemical Industries) Aerosol Mould Release System. A very quick and easy to use system, recommended for Latex and RTV Silicones. Very little build up, low silicone content for easy painting of your cast, simply sray on, allow the solvent to evapourate and you have left a micro thin coating to both protect your mould and ease release.

CIL Release 1711E is designed specifically for the release of epoxy resins, millable gums and polyester. It may also be used with integral skin urethane foams and cast elastomers. CIL Release 1812E is a non-oxidising release agent, more thermally stable and for use primarily with polyuretahne elastomers, rigid and flexible integral skin foams and fast casts. 1812 should NOT be used with epoxies without first conducting tests.

CIL Release 1711E is our biggest selling Aerosol Release Agent and has been successfully used with polyesters and urethane fast casts without issue. Please selct either 1711 or 1812 from the drop down box below, 1711 is the default option. Both cost exactly the same!
