  1. I see a price against an item of £6-99 - £10-99, How much am i going to pay for this item?

Our shopping cart is capable of bulk pricing using just a single item. As a result, lets say for example Fast Cast Resin, the more you buy the better the price gets.

Adding a single unit will show a cost of £10-99 but adding a further 9 will reduce the price down to £6-99 per unit. As a rule the higher price indicates a single unit of 1kg or one piece.

  2. I want to buy a bag of plaster, 25kg, but i cant find one on your site. How do i go about ordering a full bag?

This relates to our bulk pricing system. A bag of plaster is usually capped at 25kg, so just add 25 units to cart and we'll send a bag. Add 50 we'll send you two. BUT if you add 30 you will get a 5kg sack and a 5kg bag.

Don't Panic! We are not charging your card over and over. There will be a not so easy to see error log message on the screen, under the lng grey bar in red. It will state your card is invalid or similar.

We are having issues with Debit Cards in general, especially those with Issue Numbers, and also Mastercard. PayPal and most other cards work fine. This is due to changes in the PCI regulations regards handling card data & our clearance house PayPal.

We are working on a fix, in fact we have been for some time. Both our own in house coders and Paypal Developers are attempting to resolve our issue.

In the meantime, simply select "CHEQUE or POSTAL ORDER" as payment type and give us a quick call to pay over the telephone.
