Polyurethane Water Clear Fast Cast Resin. If you need a water clear to cure down to 2mm or a fast water clear resin up to 50mm you have stopped at the right place. We offer two types from stock at present. Either PU3660  for 2-15mm section or DR006 for 5-50mm sections.

PU3660 kits are supplied as 1.835kg kits and DR006 in 2kg kits. NOTE DR006 is discontinued and we have only FOUR kits remaining!

Compared with a Polyester PU3660 cures like a rocket. It has a potlife of around 15 minutes and demoulds in just ONE HOUR! DR006 has a longer 45 minute potlife, but will still demould in around 12 hours.. Faster than Epoxy or Polyesters, but moisture intolerant. Recommended for use in addition cure moulds only!

Either resin is optically clear, low viscosity, though vacuuming is recommended for the best clarity results. These are not suitable for use in Floral Arranging of dry flowers, for that you will need our new water clear which can cast up to the thickness of a cinder ash block!!

We only offer these kits in a 1.835kg or 2kg kits thru the web, though if you have a requirement for a larger volume, simply contact us to discuss pricing availability and delivery scope.

NOTE: If casting a rectangular block or you have thin sections contained in the mould, PRE HEAT the mould to 45-50c to assist with shrink on the corners or for undercure of the thinner parts!
