TOMPS RAPIMOULD Addition Cure Range RTV Silicone Rubber

Following on from the mammoth success of Viscolo super low viscosity RTV silicone, we have developed Rapimould RTV. A super fast curing RTV when time is of the essence. Sold in 500g 2 pack bottles, this rubber has a potlife of around 4 minutes, and demould in under 20. Yes less than 20 mins from pour to pull! Torn your RTV mould in a rush? Rapimould is a superlative product outlasting all Condensation Cure Silicones and many (if not all!) Addition Cure Rubbers. Although this rubber appears un-branded, it is in fact manufactured by one of the world's leading RTV Formulators and Manufacturers. This Silicone resists PU Fast Cast very well.

This RTV has fantastic elongation to break and tear resistance, and tests indicate up to 3 times more pulls than a Condensation Cure Rubber using Polyurethane Fast Cast and NO mould release systems! Its incredibly low viscosity allows efficient home production of moulds with minimal air entrapment, even without a degassing unit.

Rapimould is the easiest system to use since it has a colour tag system to ensure full and even mixing. Being Specific Gravity Balanced, you may add these volumetrically or by weight. An accuracy of +/- 5% must be achieved, which is higher than most Addition RTV's error %, however outside this range cure cannot be guaranteed.

As for safety, well this one is very safe indeed! With no hazard at all, it can be posted worldwide!
