A 20-21 Shore A hardness RTV Silicone Rubber with a good catalysed viscosity for easier air release. This RTV has an open potlife of around 40 minutes for the slow set and 15 for the fast set (depending on temperature and humidity!). More technical data to follow as we manage to upload it, but we would say this is the direct equivalent of our MM922 by ACC.

Demould should be achievable in under 24 hrs, however we would suggest if you can be patient, to leave it for 24. A faster catalyst has been developed that will reduce cure substantially. Select from drop down list.

This product is cured using ACC Silicones MM Cat R5/B5/L6W.
