A 20-21 Shore A hardness RTV Silicone Rubber with a good catalysed viscosity for easier air release. This RTV has an open potlife of around 20 minutes (depending on temperature and humidity!). More technical data to follow as we manage to upload it, but we would say this is the direct equivalent of our MM922 by ACC.

Demould should be achievable in under 8 hrs, however we would suggest if you can be patient, to leave it for 24. A faster catalyst is being developed that will reduce cure substantially.

Main hazards are for you initial awareness: Base silicone - keep out of eyes, dont eat or ingest etc. Catalyst contains toxic amounts of tin. Do not get onto skin or ingest. The hazards are pretty much the same as the ACC silicones products we offer.
