  1. I have purchased a product and have returned it, how long does it take for my money to be refunded?
    Refund depend on the transaction style. Once we receive the goods back to our warehouse, they will be inspected and once approved (usually the same business day) then the following timescales apply:

    Paypal: Within 24 hours Debit Cards: Within 48 hours Credit Cards: Within 72 hours
  2. I want to buy two of an item but your site has no quantity box on the item page. How can i order two and not the next volume of products up?
    If you add a product to your shopping cart, you will go directly to the shopping cart page where you can edit the quantity. Simply add "2" into the quantity field and click update. You now have two items in your cart!
  3. What security measures do you have in place to prevent my card details being stolen?
    We use services from both Sagepay and Paypal. It all functions using API calls and we never even see your card nor login details. Its fully PCI DSS Compliant by using a secure page managed by Sagepay or Paypal. All financial and sensitive information is handled by their servers. Everything works with electronic ‘tokens. It is their responsibility to be PCI DSS compliant for your card data.
