Natural Liquid Latex Rubber is a low cost way to make moulds at home for casting with plasters and cementious mixes as well as face masks and special effects. But for special effects, or indeed, identifying your moulds from other manufacturers, how do you colour it without hurting it? Well most water based pigments do well, we offer a tempura based non toxic pigment.
Add this product at 5% to attain a colour just slightly darker than what the pigment looks. You can intermix tempura to get the colour you are looking for, just make sure its slightly lighter than what you want it to end up since the latex will darken the colour off slightly.
Our white is hard to achieve, but you can get very close. Note on mixing, the shade will look pastel, this is normal and nothing to panic about! The white tones of the liquid latex make it look this way, but on drying the pastel shade goes. We offer this in 7 base colours and 3 flesh colours!
The picture denotes the standard seven, we also offer light, medium and dark skin tones.... east european thru african (very pink, mild tan and heavilly tanned). Select you colour from the drop down box provided!
Alternatively select the 7 x 50g assortment pack, which has all the colours you need to mix your own. We supply the seven colours pictured, but should you wish to have some flesh tones, just add a comment or two to the order during checkout.
